I believe that home is so much more than the pieces we decorate it with. It is a collection of the people, items, routines, meals and moments that make up our every day. In 2020, one of my goals is to expand the breadth of this online space to truly capture all of the pieces of home. I have so much planned for this blog, starting with a new series called “Loving Lately” where I’ll share some favorite new additions to daily life at home.
These new release two-tone chairs stopped me in my tracks and immediately went on my wish list for the new house. The back detailing is especially beautiful, which will be important given our current layout plans. Arhaus really has been on my radar lately!
A while back I asked you all what your favorite travel shoes were. I got so many recommendations for Rothy’s, so I gave them a try. And you were right! These sustainable shoes are washable, stylish and incredibly comfortable. There is no break-in period. I’m going to snag a few more of these in different colorways for work travel.
H&M has really stepped up their game in the home department lately. I love that this candle can be used as a pretty storage container when its done.
McGee has so many beautiful new arrivals but this one caught my eye most. Its unique shape makes it worth the splurge. I would use it for florals or as a floor basket next to a tub for extra towels.
I’m committed to cleaning up my beauty and skincare routine. I’ve become a huge fan of Beauty Counter and the work that they are doing in the industry. The Dew Skin tinted moisturizing SPF is a favorite of mine. I use it daily, no matter the occasion.
I’m really into plants and florals lately and can’t wait to dive into this one! It doesn’t hurt that it makes good looking coffee table decor.
